When we go camping, we are always looking for ways to make an easy prep meal–something good to eat without a lot of effort or fuss. During the summer camping months, we usually opt for Mark grilling some meat, and I make some form of side dish. But for this meal, I am doing all of the grilling and cooking because yes, grilling is for everyone.
Side note: grilled food makes the day of most people and can help you win the heart and stomach of the one you love. I rarely order steaks at restaurants because Mark grills steaks perfectly.
If you want to see how we make steaks, here is our lazy steak video.
